Sean Murray is CEO of RealTime Performance, one of the nation’s leading learning and development companies. Founded in 1999, RealTime Performance offers the RealPath array of leadership assessment and development technologies for companies such as FedEx, Johnson & Johnson, Starbucks, Lockheed, and Liberty Mutual. Under Sean’s leadership, the company has grown to a staff of nine and sales of over $1 million.

Sean brings clients more than ten years of expertise in the learning and development field. He helps employees grow into high-performing leaders and companies transform into high-performing organizations. He is also a consultant for the Advantage Performance group, America’s premier provider of business simulation training.

Prior to RealTime, Sean earned a B.A. degree from the University of Puget Sound and an MBA with a focus on Organizational Development from the University of Oregon. He served as director of Sales and Marketing for the Internet startup company Quando. Then he was recruited as Manager of Learning and Assessment at GE Capital’s Center for Learning and Organizational Excellence (CLOE). Sean lives in Seattle, WA with his wife and two children. Organizational Development Consultant 

Terri Bennink, a licensed psychologist who has worked as an organization development consultant for fifteen years, provides training and development services to clients across the United States. Her areas of specialization include: leadership development, strategic planning, conflict resolution, team building, and group development. Her seminars and workshops emphasize practical, realistic solutions to the issues facing organizations today.

In addition to her consulting practice, Terri has been an adjunct faculty member at George Fox University, and has served for thirteen years on staff of the Oregon Leadership Institute. She received her doctorate in clinical psychology from George Fox University and her master’s in counseling psychology for the University of Oregon. She has also had an active clinical practice working with individuals, couples, and families for nearly seventeen years. Terri is married and has two children.
